Vistaprint said there was nothing they could do until the upgrade was completed. Changes were lost, the saved website was lost, colors were different, alignment was different, etc. When I made changes and published those changes (while they were in the upgrading process which has been going on for months unbeknownst to us), the changes blew up in my face. A totally disgusted customer!!Īpparently Vistaprint is upgrading their templates and design center for their websites but FAILED to tell their customers. I've been doing business for many years with Vista print but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere. if they had any problem accepting payments for merchants purchased. I wonder how long this problem would exist. The most recent excuse is that they are repairing their refund processing system. I've been told multitude reasons why the delay is taken place. I've been waiting for over 2 months for a refund of $453 for a damaged Popup Banner. I believe I am owed more then just my refund, they held onto my money for 2 months in which they accumulated interest and also assumed a lot of my time and effort to rightfully retrieve my money back. This experience has altered my confidence in Vistaprint, it really has taken a toll on me, mentally and physically, I'm exhausted, it took filing this complaint, in order to finally get my credit back, after dozens of attempts and countless hours of phone calls and emails. I was a very loyal and committed customers up until this recent order.
